Our Wave Relay® Mobile Ad hoc Network (MANET) is cool. MANET is one of the most challenging networking problems in the research community, and scientists all over the world have been exploring it for decades. Self-forming, 100+ Mbps 6W MIMO MANET radios. Streaming video feeds from UAVs. Driving bomb disposal robots.
Broadcasting the Super Bowl. Supporting disaster relief efforts. Keeping our city safe. Helping our country. There are so many exciting things happening every day. All of us can work on many facets of our technology without being stuck on a single one.
A: As a company deeply embedded in the defense sector, we highly value the experience of veterans. A significant portion of our workforce (34%) has military experience, and we actively recruit from the veteran community. We understand the mission because many of us have lived it.
TJ, Sales Engineering
We build a MANET product that is not only at the forefront of research in the field but also a commercial product that people actually use every day.
Our team is made up of some of the smartest people in the industry who are producing a real product that real people depend on. Our technology makes a difference. You can, too.
A: Our headquarters is located in the historic Starrett-Lehigh Building in West Chelsea. It is a 55,000-square-foot facility designed to support both engineering innovation and community. Beyond state-of-the-art labs and production facilities, the office features open collaborative spaces, “green” initiatives with extensive plant life to improve air quality, and amenities that make coming to work enjoyable—including catered monthly lunches, special team member gatherings, active philanthropy initiatives and “chill-out” areas.
A: We are situated in one of Manhattan’s most vibrant neighborhoods, with easy access to the Hudson, art galleries, the High Line, and great food. The office is accessible via 6 major transit hubs, and we often host social events—like our annual NYC Dinner Cruise—to celebrate our team’s hard work and enjoy the city we call home!!
