Our interns greatly contribute to our success.
We contribute to theirs.
Jason, Ian, Amina, Zach, Jake, Luca, Chris – Interns, Summer 2025
We have interns year-round who can be found working with software teams to solve complex problems, assisting with systems implementation to increase business efficiency, and driving process improvements for our operations teams.
A: Our interns do not fetch coffee; they work on shipping code and live hardware. You will be embedded directly into engineering or business teams, working on real-world projects that contribute to our Wave Relay® MANET technology. It is hands-on experience that often impacts the final product used by our customers.
Art, Former Intern, Quality
Helson, Director of Product Design
Our interns gain valuable hands-on work experience and receive mentoring from seasoned professionals while applying knowledge and skills obtained in school to drive important projects and achieve key company goals.
A: Yes, our internship program is our primary pipeline for junior talent. We look for interns who demonstrate curiosity, technical skill, and cultural fit, with the explicit goal of extending full-time offers to “top performers” upon graduation.
Jason, Intern
Jacob, Software Engineering
Our interns are not only highly embedded in our teams but also receive many company benefits, attend our exciting events throughout the year, and often return as employees after graduating.

A: We generally open applications in the early winter for the following summer. We recommend applying early, as positions are competitive and filled on a rolling basis. Interviews typically involve a screening call followed by technical assessments relevant to your specific discipline.
